1. Who we are

w3Travel ("we", "us") provides back-office software for travel agencies, tour operators, and umrah & hajj providers. When you use w3Travel, your agency is the data controller of the customer data you enter; we act as the data processor.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, agency name, email, phone, password hash, role.
• Business data you enter: customers, suppliers, invoices, bookings, payments, staff records.
• Payment proof: bKash transaction IDs and screenshots you submit for subscription payments.
• Usage data: device, browser, IP, pages visited, feature interactions — used to improve the product.
• Cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies (only after consent).

3. How we use your data

• Provide, secure, and improve the w3Travel service.
• Verify manual bKash payments and issue invoices.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, account alerts, password resets).
• Respond to support requests and demo enquiries.
• Comply with Bangladeshi tax and legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data under contract (to deliver the service you signed up for), legitimate interest (product security and improvement), and consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies) which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Sharing & sub-processors

We do not sell your data. We share data only with vetted infrastructure providers who help us run the service — hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, and analytics. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement. A current list is available on request at [email protected].

6. Data retention

We keep account and business data for as long as your subscription is active. On cancellation we retain data for 30 days so you can reactivate, then delete or anonymise it, except where law requires longer retention (e.g. tax records).

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

8. International transfers

Data is primarily stored in secure cloud regions. Where data is transferred outside Bangladesh, we rely on standard contractual clauses with our sub-processors.

9. Children

w3Travel is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We will notify you by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before any material change takes effect.
