Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using w3Travel ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an agency, you confirm you have authority to bind that agency.

2. The Service

w3Travel is a cloud-based back-office platform for travel agencies. Features include invoicing, bookings, accounting, HR, and reporting. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts & security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Free trial & introductory period

New agencies may use w3Travel free of charge during our introductory period. We will notify you at least 14 days before paid billing begins.

5. Subscriptions & billing (BDT / bKash)

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and shown on the pricing page.
• Payment is made manually: you send the subscription fee to our bKash number, submit the transaction ID, and we review and activate within one business day.
• Subscriptions run monthly or yearly and renew only when you send the next payment — there is no auto-charge.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You will not: (a) use the Service for anything unlawful; (b) attempt to breach security, reverse engineer, or overload the Service; (c) upload malware or content that violates third-party rights; (d) resell the Service without written permission.

7. Your data

You own the business and customer data you enter. We process it on your behalf per our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time and for 30 days after cancellation.

8. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.

9. Suspension & termination

Either party may terminate for any reason with 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately if you breach these Terms or if your account is used for fraud. On termination we will retain your data for 30 days for export.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Dhaka.
